Support swapping between electronic artists ran in private chat groups, with no way to check who actually bought or downloaded a track. They needed a closed space with written rules and a short window per release, where every act of support is logged and points are only awarded once a moderator validates the receipts. Sign-up needed structure too: a declared monthly commitment and explicit acceptance of the rules before the account exists.
What we shipped
Public home with the releases-needing-support block: label, artist, title, days remaining and a direct store link
Sign-up with an optional referral code, three monthly commitment tiers and mandatory rule acceptance before the account is created
Login by email and password or with Google, and 12 protected internal routes that remember where you were headed
Bilingual interface with a language switch and a visual-effects toggle, both remembered in the browser
